Give your Amiga 1200 a real boost. A stock A1200 has only 2MB of memory, all of it chip RAM that the processor has to share with the graphics and sound hardware, so the CPU keeps waiting its turn, most of all in the AGA screen modes. This card adds 8MB of fast RAM that only the CPU uses.
What it does for you
- Programs run noticeably faster and the desktop feels more responsive
- The machine no longer stalls when the custom chips are busy, and chip RAM is left free for graphics and sound
- With 10MB in total you can run larger applications, work with bigger files, keep more programs open, and run games and demos that won’t fit in a stock A1200

- The PLCC socket for an optional FPU is empty and the FPU oscillator (X1) is not fitted, so no FPU is included
